8. Where do you deliver your products?
Stone and Soul currently delivers across India only. International shipping is not available at this time
9. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location and courier service.
10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently accept prepaid orders only through secure online payment gateways.

We offer exchange only for damaged products, reported within 3 days of delivery.

Stone and Soul will bear the return shipping cost for verified damaged products.
15. Do you provide refunds?
No refunds are offered. Only exchanges are provided for eligible damaged items.
16. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
